Let it Be! This spectacular song written by the Beatles makes me feel a range of emotions. Happy and sad. Relaxed and calm. Crazy and cookoo. Listen to it! It’s amazing. What most people don’t realize is that the older songs are a LOT better then the songs in the present day. Forget Usher and start listening to the Beatles and other 1900’s bands.                                                      Learn more about the song by clicking on this website: tp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Let_It_Be_(song)

Tutti Frutti! This hip, song of the Fabulous Fifties shows the true original start of rock and roll! In that day rock and roll had just been born. ” Hi I’m Imogen, but pleaaase call me Evie. Evie sounds a lot better. Anyway, the important thing you need to know is that every single night I dream about a magical place called Geologa. Geologa, of course doesn’t exist. It’s a figment of my imagination! I just wish I could go there. Sadly, as my parents say if it’s not reality, you’ll never reach it. “

Evie is a typical 11 year old Austrailian girl who dreams about a place far away from her dreary Austrailian cattle ranch. She is home schooled and works every single day and rarely has time for fun. But on the night of her 12th birthday she stumbles upon the adventures, wonders, and dangers of Geologa.

My grandma had this AMAZING  New Year’s Party! It was really, really fun! We set up between 6:00- 7:30, then the band came. More people started streaming in at about 8:00. Then it was a total party. My grandma had cleared her living room so that people could dance to the live band! There were snacks and desserts and roast beef! At one point there was nearly 50 people there! Then, at midnight, we lit these huge fireworks! It was amazing! That was my New Year’s Party.
